Terms

You can order Audit + Fix ($49, one server) or Network or Modded ($129, a modded pack, or up to 3 backend servers plus a proxy). Prices are in USD, one-time, no subscription.
The 48-hour turnaround starts once we have your spark profile link and your config files. It covers your edited configs and a CHANGES.md explaining every change. The final before/after report follows within 48 hours of your new profile.
You apply the changes yourself. Back up your server before you do, just like any config change. Every change comes with notes on how to undo it.
We never ask for panel, SFTP, RCON or database logins. Please blank out passwords, tokens and webhooks before you send files.
We report measured results. Nobody can honestly guarantee a specific TPS or MSPT before seeing your data, so we don't.
A free spark review, if we offer you one, is a quick look at your profile with no obligation to buy.

Refunds apply to paid orders only ($49 and $129). Free reviews cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Full refund if your re-profile shows no measurable improvement, or if we find nothing worth fixing. "Measurable" means median or 95th-percentile MSPT, or the share of ticks over 50 ms, is better at a comparable player count.
Please send your after-profile within 30 days of delivery. If it doesn't arrive by then, we decide on the refund based on what we delivered.
To ask for a refund, email servertuned@duelset.com with your order details. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

We collect only what you send us: your email address, spark profiles, config files and notes about your server.
We use it only to tune your server, write your report and answer your emails. We don't sell or share it, and we don't use ads or tracking on this site.
Your files are deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. Payment and invoice records are kept as the law requires.
If you pay, the payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card details.
